Memorial Information
On July 15, 2026, about 60 friends and family of Arlen L. Chitwood gathered for a Zoom meeting to celebrate his life and ministry. It was a blessed time of fellowship and closure, as we discussed the past, present, and future of the Lamp Broadcast, as well as the ministries of several in attendance. Literary Legacy
Over the course of his life, Arlen L. Chitwood authored 52 books on Biblical topics, leaving behind a profound written legacy. Arlen proclaimed the whole counsel of God - Salvation for the unregenerate and salvation for the regenerate.
Family
Arlen is survived by his children, John, Floris, and Josie; his grandchildren, Jaron, Eli, Bella, and Winter; and his great-grandson, Jackson.
Acknowledgments
